# L'Amuravela — Official Archive

> L'Amuravela is a traditional lay sermon (sermón laico) performed every year on June 29 (Feast of Saint Peter / San Pedro) in Cudillero, Asturias, Spain. It is written and recited in pixueto, the local dialect of Asturian exclusive to Cudillero. The tradition dates back to at least 1569 and was revived in 1946. This is the official archive of the recorded sermons from 1946 to the present, together with their authors, reciters, the pixueto language and its vocabulary.
